He is both compassionate and professional, taking the time to listen carefully to his patients; their conditions, their expectations and discuss options, but I particularly value his direct no-nonsense approach, which is sometimes required to reinforce a specific point. Mr Rezajooi spent time listening to my daughter and answered any questions slowly. He spoke to her in a kind and caring manner and was so very respectful. We were comfortable with him from the start. He's a lovely warm man and treats you not just as his patient but in a friendly manner which made you feel totally at ease.
